| 本文主旨在模擬飛機襟翼齒輪減速機之動態響應(Dynamic Responses),考慮齒輪對嚙合時,其嚙合剛度(Mesh stiffness)呈單、雙交替的情形,採用齒對嚙合雙剛度模式來模擬整個齒輪系統,加入馬達和剎車的影響,使得模擬更趨於實際操作情形。文中理論部分運用拉格朗日方程(Lagrange''sequation)來建立系統的運動方程式,並配合阮奇—庫達法(Runge-Kutta method)的數值解析來求此系統之動態響應。針對齒輪系統在不同串接的情形下並考慮齒輪系統與馬達間之交互影響,經由其暫態和穩態的變化,以探討齒輪減速機系統之動態響應。 |

An aircraft flap gear reducer with an auxiliary power supply system is studied in this thesis. The dynamic model for the aircraftflap gear reducer system is developed by employing Lagrange''s equation.Dynamic responses of the system is solved by using the Runge-Kuttamethod. The torsional vibration of the gear system in a completeoperating cycle, i.e., start, accelerate, decelerate, and stop hasbeen investigated. Both the transient and the steady-state responses are studied. Emphasis is focused on the interaction between the gear train system and the driving motor. The effect of the meshstiffness on the dynamic responses of the engaging gear pairs is alsoconsidered. A two-step mesh stiffness model is used in the dynamicmodel to emphasize the characteristics of the time varying mesh stiffness. Corresponding frequency spectra of the flap gear reducer system has also been studied.
